I have a current CTC of 6.6 and Mastercard is offering 8.9 (including variable ) . I also have an offer from infosys of 10 ( including variable). Which one should I pick considering work life balance and appraisal.My entire doubt is that will they bring me on market rate after appraisals as currently they are not offering very good hike.

Yes totally normal, if you want to talk find time on the calendar, why is this strange/upsetting to have to schedule meetings?
Because they never make time for us. It’s been this way for years. It takes 2 or 3 days to get on the phone for massive issues to be spoken about. Iv never encountered a person not willing to call when they have free time. It’s about making your team feel supported. They block off there calendar excessively so it’s difficult to even find a time. It’s mostly marked as “away”
Unless it’s extremely urgent, is it that big of a deal? People are busy and cant drop everything at a moment’s notice
Paper trail and let them deal with it once they have the chance
They been busy for two years. I never reach out unless I have too. I never bug them, I’m a leader on my team. It’s frustrating because when I do reach out, it’s not something that cant wait. Iv worked with amazing managers in the past, that takes the extra 5 mins to just be supportive. Trying bring three departments together with multiple issues that need to be signed off an addressed with your boss and they can’t even take 5 mins at some point during the day. Trust me the communication is just horrible.
