I am not feeling good because there was a layoff one month ago and since I had an incredible growth so far - reaching a director level position in a performance marketing agency (equivalent of a SM in Deloitte) in just 6 years when the avg. is 10 years- I am now looking at open positions where I have huge gap in terms of years of experience/salary/skillset. Do you have any advice on how to get out of this situation but at the same time grab a good opportunity in line with my current seniority?

I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge.
