I am on PIP. I was asked to clear Two advanced certifications to clear PIP. One certification is cleared and another is missed in just 2% due to lack of time during exam.

HR still says I failed in PIP. No TMS mapping, noone called me for projects.

I am fear that I will get terminated. If this is the case, will they provide me 3 months salary?
