I am planning to join the Persistent Systems. Just wanted to know how's your experience with Persistent?

So, I have been offered Senior Lead Engineer position but I've just 5.5 yrs of experience. I'm bit confuse about this. Normally it's offered to 8-9+ yrs experienced engineers. When I checked with HR they said it's just for namesake but if someone can tell what's the actual reallity? Do I have to lead a team?

Suppose your work for employer A. You get a job with employer B who files you H1-B transfer and you get fired by employer A before the transfer is approved. Does that have any effect on transfer?

Does anyone aware if there will be a problem in getting i140 approved on EB3 if I am having 3 year degree as education qualification.
