I am selected in TCS as per their mail after interview, hr round is pending. Also uploaded documents but no one is responding from tcs now. Waiting for offer letter. What should i do

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

Any suggestions for a platform where I can conduct coding round interview that is similar to google docs, it need not have to have a compiler and is free to use? The doc should be shareable with candidates or anyone.

Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you?
