I am so scared!!

I haven't received a solid response to any job I have applied to/had my eye on. I made pitch decks, crafted each resume, updated my portfolio with my latest work. I have received countless feedback for my portfolio + resume from professionals and made changes. I'm doing odd jobs and keeping up with creative work.

But watching my peers move ahead makes me feel...stagnant. I want to pivot but not sure where. Any advice?

Have some down time now and want to learn something 'foundational' - not latest trends or just an overview. Do you have any recommendations on what can someone who has been in IT consulting in payer/provider for 5 years can learn? Like a short college course or a Coursera certification? Anything?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
