I am still not understanding Why HRs are not scheduling the interviews for Candidate who is underpaid 17lpa for 10 years of experience and i asked 24LPA as ECTC which is easily payable in current market.But people here are getting 35 to 40lpa easily for 10 years of exp.My Age is 34 and i am way behind everyone.Why IT companies are not willing to offer 24LPA for Bangalore.What is going wrong currently?So here relationship and respect from society will happen only if i earn min 24LPA

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I know everything doesn’t fall on her shoulder but things haven’t been great as of late. Hopefully they figure out something soon.

I’m trying to get an estimated ideal of what my costs would be when moving to Chicago. How much do you spend a month on “going out” (before pandemic)? Specifically referring to going to restaurants, getting drinks, take out, and coffee. Not including transportation.
