I am thinking about switching from teaching sixth grade English to middle school ESL next year. I am weighing the pros and cons for each position. Has anyone else made the switch from English to ESL? If so, how does the workload compare? Do you have any other thoughts about making this change? Thank you for the advice!

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
