I am trying to find a second job that I can do while on the phones with my current job. What should I look into? My phones job is steady but gives room to work. I need a non Phone job. Maybe a contract where I can just complete job, no set hours. Or set hours but non phone. I don’t have a degree, I don’t have any certs(yet). What should I look at? Any specific company’s or job title would be great. I need to be hired asap

Does j2 background check decline you if they see you’re still employed with j1?

The first rule of overemployment is dont talk about overemployment to anyone outside your house. :). Second: always protect the main job. Third: As the main job always has the priority, the Second and third jobs must preferably be contract gigs with not too many meetings everyday. Remember: another day, another dollar.

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.
