I am working as a GenAI developer (5YOE) with compensation of 18LPA (all fixed), and having an offer of 27.5 LPA from HTC Global services and I have cleared the interview at Northern Trust for Senior Associate (AI/ML) profile, HR has asked for the expected salary, I am aiming for around 30LPA, I just want to know if Northern Trust typically pays in this range for similar profiles so that it gets easy for me to negotiate in HR discussion.

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
