I am working full time and have 3 years of experience in equity research. I am planning to pursue a decent postgraduate course, preferably an MBA in Finance.

The challenge is that my age and some other commitments do not allow me to pursue a full 2-year residential MBA program.

I would like to know which option would be better in terms of learning and networking: an Executive MBA, an Online MBA, or something else.
Not considering CFA.

I would appreciate genuine guidance.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I'm thinking about looking for a smaller company (couple hundred to couple thousand employees) in the Dallas area and looking to find an amazing culture.

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory).
