Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

It's something that a lot of people get. I got a hiring assessment, passed, and was never interviewed. Still, it's better than a straight up rejection!
Sadly they do send them to not everyone but a lot of people. It really isn't anything special persay so I wouldn't get too excited. They are just doing a screening to see if they want to bring you in to actually start the hiring process. Best of luck to you though OP.
Many ppl get and often no follow up. Dont get your hopes up
I got this and never heard back! So, laugh as much as you want but feel warned if you do not hear back
Yes it’s a pre screen before you even speak to a recruiter. It is sent to everyone (know this cause I left before this was implemented at Google).
It’s not guaranteed that you’ll get to the recruiter round. It’s there so that it limits the people who will apply to roles. If you don’t pass this, there is a 6 month blackout period meaning you can’t apply to any roles for 6 months.
It is not a logic test but an arbitrary questionnaire with questions like:
I am able to work well with people
I am introverted
I often need structure to do my work well
Changing deadlines do not intimidate me
Answer choices range from: Strongly agree to strongly disagree
And it’ll score you after but won’t show your score, just if you passed or not.

It is probably a pre-screen assessment to qualify you for an actual HR screening. Many large companies do this to save time, consider yourself lucky.
