Now I see an opening for a Sr Analyst (same team) asking for 3+ YOE....is appropriate to bring up leveling in the intro call with the recruiter?

I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location.
