I can see pension contribution amount in EPFO, can someone confirm if the PF contribution which earlier was in private trust will be also moved to EPFO ?

Want to start saving/investing from this year. Got £11K and will have £2K a month to invest - any recommendations? I don’t want to take crazy risks, somewhere where this is steady long term growth.
