I was going through the career portal and saw that it is mentioned JL6 upon search i found it is some Job level 6

Could anyone confirm salary expectations if i get offer? I am not even sure they gonna match my current ctc as well not sure why they even conduct interviews and waste time.

They know very well my current CTC still they said budget is not an issue which i know is wrong.

In discussions to make a lateral move. Is there any way I can negotiate higher pay outside the fixed bands? Higher annual bonus, signing bonus? I assume chances are low but worth trying.

Just got an offer from PwC for 47.5K for SA role in Manchester. Feels kinda low considering everyone just got a 7%+ pay raise. Can anyone comment if this is in line or not? I was told this would put me above the SA band
