Vote no to unlimited.
Studies show that employees tend to take less PTO under an unlimited policy. Plus, if your company currently pays out unused PTO at year-end or upon departure, you lose that financial safeguard. Unlimited PTO primarily benefits the company’s bottom line, not employees.
Don’t do unlimited.
I would vote no on the unlimited PTO thing because while there are some companies that honor it buying enlarge something like 99.5% of companies to Institute unlimited PTO use it as a means to get employees to stop taking so much time off so you’re basically cutting your vacation time in half or worse

No for those reasons and you also will not be paid out unused hours when/if you leave
I have been on unlimited PTO for a few years and the number of days off I've taken has dropped significantly since the change. We have this general policy that managers are free to decline requests if they interfere with work. I'd be wary of any switch to unlimited plan, it's not as unlimited as you'd expect.
Idk what everyone else is talking about, I’d lean toward the unlimited PTO option, especially if you’re good at managing your time and workload. It offers more flexibility and the chance to take time off when needed, without worrying about running out of days.
