Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? If I finish my MBA with extra loan money, should I pay it back to reduce the principal? Or invest it into the market? From my perspective it seems like it makes more sense to invest since the market is likely to generate more than my current loan rate. Although having debt also provokes some anxiety.
