I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

The way I thought of it was: I put up with shit and slightly higher pay for years at Deloitte to now allow me to afford / take the chance on a newer role with maybe slightly less pay but more in line with a move I want to make. Instead of reflecting on $$ difference asked can I still afford what I want to? If yes, it’s enough to move on.
