I find it really frustrating when individuals from other countries attempt to secure remote jobs in the U.S. without the necessary work visas. It feels like this situation undermines the efforts of those of us who are legally authorized to work here, especially during challenging economic times. The job market is already competitive, and it seems unfair that we have to compete with candidates who may not be following legal requirements.

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.
