Hi Fishes,
Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.

Its all part of the KPMG hiring process. They want to break you down emotionally before building you back up with an offer then breaking you back down with a slow but steady workload..... Welcome to the firm!
Thanks for your encouraging words, makes all the more sense.
Normal for coming in as an experienced hire. G luck.
Thank you!
Not necessarily rejection, but it does sound like you’re not the first pick.
Thanks! Just wondering what is the likelihood of getting an offer for experienced hires once they are invited to the partner panel ‘final’ round?
It’s partner. So there’s alot more that goes into their decision making process i assume?
Still confused on the whole Pam, Pan, or Pamn situation
I mean if it’s a Partner level position. I hope they’re really thinking when they bring someone in. I can understand why they would take sometime with the hiring process. At that level your responsible for all of those below you. Hopefully you’ll hear back apon
Thank you! It is not for Partner level position. It is for senior associate position for which KPMG flew me to Atlanta for the formal interview/partner panel round where one of the interviewers was KPMG’s partner
Kinda confused by the comments, are you interviewing to be a partner or did you have interviews with partners?
Sorry about the confusion. Had 4 interviews the same day on 01/17 of which one of the interview was with the partner.
