Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview. Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.

Nothing you say to HR is confidential so be careful how you explain yourself/complain/etc. You can ask for a raise if you feel it’s warranted but lay out a case for yourself. Like you did above but with specific examples. If the company is in shambles they may have promoted you and given you a nominal raise to retain you. Once an agency loses its core creative staff people and clients bail so this is a common practice. (They may have also just given you a shitty bump.) Have you lost any leadership in your department in the past year? If you’re handholding your DD it sounds like you have nobody at the top. And if you do, shift that responsibility to them. If you don’t feel like you’re being treated fairly consider leaving. I would recommend doing this if you haven’t been there 15 total months. Also, I’d hold out until you hit the 6 month mark as a Senior. If you like it there, get another offer and see if it motivates them to raise your salary.
...doing as a Sr. CW, and not touching any of the kinds of work they said I'd be touching. I'm spending so much time helping the agency develop internal process, hand-holding a DD who they have doing an AD's work. The talent manager put a meeting on my calendar for a 3 month check in, said it's a conversation in complete confidence. Can/should I ask for more money?
I'd see what that conversation is about, first. I wouldn't bring money up until you know where this is headed. I wouldn't dime anybody out either, but I would bring up "unexpected challenges that you're doing your best to work through". Chances are that people around you (like a DD in an AD role) are also doing their best to work through "unexpected challenges".
You might have a play for more money, but I'd hold that card for a follow-up conversation...once you're sure that they consider you to be doing a stellar job, and your book is fully updated and your network activated. Easier to have that conversation with conviction when you're fully ready to walk.
I think the way I originally phrased this was a bit confusing—it wasn't a raise it was a pay increase to take a new job. My last job was pretty crushing creatively, so the work they sold me on at this new place seemed worth the jump.
That's a really good point, SAD. I do think people are doing their best, and I'm certainly not going to drop names or anything! Book is up to date, I've been running for the door at this company since I figured out how bad I was duped about three weeks in. Maybe it's not even worth it to deal with any of this if I don't plan to there much longer.
