Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?

Please help with the answer.

Only if they ask your opinion. And even then, tread carefully. They don’t know you well enough to yay or nay based on what you say, so you’ll tarnish your new sheen with negativity. No matter how legit it is
If they ask, I’d politely say something about not being comfortable providing info. It alludes to your opinion without forcing you to say anything outright. Stay classy 😉 And congrats on the new job!
Dangerous territory. Honestly I wouldn’t I’d let him make a fool of himself
Yea, I'm definitely in the don't say anything boat. I just know how toxic he is and don't want to work with him again. Hopefully they'll see through his shit during interviews.
SVP is correct. If they ask, say you're not comfortable speaking about him. Say it until they understand (it'll take 2 times). Keep it cute
I think if they ask you can say something - no need to be coy. Just keep it professional: “I didn’t have a great time working with him.” You don’t need to get into nasty detail. However if they ask you and you don’t warn them of a bad guy, and he gets hired and puts them through hell, they’ll question why you didn’t warn them in the first place. However if they don’t ask at all, stay out of it. You’re not on the hiring team so it’s not your business.
Yes
Damn that’s good advice ^^
I would say something if there was a person in the company that already knew me, but not if I was brand new to that group of people. If I was new to everyone, I would only say something if asked. If I knew someone already working there, I would warn the person I knew of my own experiences working with this person, especially if they are toxic to work with. I have done this before, and I always frame it to let the person I am telling decide if they feel compelled to act on that information, so they don't perceive it as just being petty. This approach works better if you don't complain about people in general though...
