I got an offer from a synechron, HR told me that she hired me for client UBS, and she will arrange a client interview after joining because I am an immediate joiner. My tech stack is Java, I am already aware about synechron hire n fire Policy and my client round is after the joining, just confused whether I should join or not.

Graduated in 2017 from a top state school, GPA 3.88 and GRE 321 (quant 162, verbal 159) w/ 5.5 writing score. Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply?
