I got an offer from Infosys in a managerial role. 20% of the CTC is variable. I heard from HR that the bonus payout happens quarterly. Does anyone know what is the average % bonus payout in Infosys?

I applied and got a position for aws . I got an offer and asked some questions. I didn't get a reply, from multiple individuals. Two weeks later received a phone call that my recruiter was let go and I was in limbo essentially, they said they'd get in touch with me closer to the timeline we discussed and they were sorry about the mixup. I called back the person to get more information (since I was running errands) and nothing again. No response and no other way to contact this person. Ideas?
