I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore with 10% of my hike(I was already in the higher bracket per my yoe as per PWC). Now my organisation is giving me one time bonus of some amount to retain me and will be getting appraisal in coming Jan.
Can anyone suggest if I shall leave and join PWC or should take back my resignation.
FYI : They require me in current project as they have just received an escalation last week and need to deliver more now..Learning curve is very low in this project.
