Completed HR round 10 days ago but no offer or updates yet. Still.showing in process. Is the delay due to Easter holidays?

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Has anyone felt this way?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. .they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
