I got my offer with Cognizant around 45days back but my BGV turned to be red due to the feedback from my 1st employment (worked around a year back) as of now HR is saying he is discussing with management and mostly my offer may get dropped off (as per his statement). Now again I got a call for an interview and didn't showed them my previous exp so my question is can I attend this interview or it will again cause any problem? Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking
