I got my offer with Cognizant around 45days back but my BGV turned to be red due to the feedback from my 1st employment (worked around a year back) as of now HR is saying he is discussing with management and mostly my offer may get dropped off (as per his statement). Now again I got a call for an interview and didn't showed them my previous exp so my question is can I attend this interview or it will again cause any problem? Please help with your answer or experience

I have 2 yoe in .net have 4.8 ctc.
Recently gave interview for TCS, after some days one of the recruiters from tcs called me and said that since i had done only BSC-IT they will deduct 6 mnth of expirence out of the total experience so finally i will left with 1.5 yoe, so for that they were offering 5.5 lpa since.

Is ther any rule one who has odne BSC they will not consider 6 mnth experince, thats the reason they have given to me.

I was working at a Hotel one night & I saw a man appearing on two different floors, then in the stairwell. The man was in his 70’s or 80’s. He was wearing nothing but tidy whiteys. When he got to the front desk I asked “is everything alright? Are you okay?” (Assuming he may be senile),He wasn’t senile, he went swimming & wanted to make me uncomfortable and started to flirt while in his sopping wet see through tidy whiteys- and of course I had to clean up the water he tracked through the lobby.

Anyone in-house counsel for a portfolio company where the sponsor won’t let you talk with OC acting on behalf of the portfolio company? These are transactional lawyers and the sponsor manages this particular area on behalf of all portfolio companies.
