Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Juniors become mid-levels. Don’t overthink it.
i only had 5 to 6 months of “jr” experience at my last place when i got a mid-level offer from my current place! as long as you’re able to speak on having done the job at all or on having fulfilled your current role’s responsibilities, you’ll be in the clear
He wants to interview you for a reason! Tap into the experience you do have and why you’re capable/ready. Lean in and present with confidence. Best of luck!
If you have 1.5-2 yr under your belt you are middle level.
Fake it til you make it. We pretty much all do it all the time.
As a junior, I saw roles and titles as reflective entirely on me and my ability. I think the truth is that it’s bigger than that—it’s your ability relative to the job market.
In some instances, this works against you. You can be amazing, but one candidate is even better.
In this case, a candidate’s market, perhaps the CD is thinking they’d rather look at a talented junior for the midlevel role than someone who’s already midlevel but whose book isn’t good.
Fake it til you make it lol 🤘
Always and forever. You're going to deal with imposter syndrome every step of the way. Everything about this is smoke and mirrors, so grab some windex and fire up the fog machine.
If they think you're ready, trust their experience and go do it.
People normally don’t recommend you jump to mid level unless you seem ready enough for it. Acknowledge that there will be a learning curve but also be confident in your abilities to step up to a challenge! You got this!
The CD saw something in you that they like, regardless of tenure. Go forward and go strong!
I don’t have quite that much. Around 1 year

Maybe you are really good. Some juniors are ready to be mid faster. Don’t overthink it, go for it.
Roles aren’t that sharply defined. Don’t sweat it.
I know people with 6 months experience who became mid level. Just be confident, passionate and talk about your work.
A year experience as a junior is plenty to be a mid level.
Take it as a compliment! They believe you already have the skillset for the role without needing years of experience 😊
