They are offering me an Associate Manager designation. Is that okay by Accenture hierarchy standards?

Hi Fishes, I was offered 35% as initial offer and subsequetly raised to 55% during one round of verbal negotitaion, though I asked them to raise it a bit but subsequently I accepted it (55%). I have an offer of 6.5 LPA fixed with Accenture (Level 11). Total CTC in Accenture is 7.8 LPA which includes variable pay. I have an offer of 8 LPA fixed with another company. I have accepted the offer of Accenture so now if I ask Accenture to increase my fixed amount to 7 LPA from 6.5 LPA, will my request get fulfilled and is this fair to ask?
