Do it and don't look back.
No one can hold it against you if you pass on an internship to take a full-time offer. Don’t think twice.
Bump an internship. Full time is a career, an internship is a job. No one will think twice or remember. Hope you get the role!!
Advertising will throw you under the bus a lot during your career, so never feel guilty about putting yourself first.

It’ll be totally fine.
Do it. Any company will understand taking a permanent position makes sense. Just leave out the bit about it being an agency you prefer - and tell them you’d love to keep in touch and be kept in mind for the future once you’ve got experience under your belt bc you’ve been so impressed by them...congratulations and good luck to ya!
You won’t regret it. I did the same thing 12 years ago.

It’s a full time job. The internship agency will understand. Make sure to do your salary research for your market, and ask for the higher end.
Good luck
This is a no brainer. Take the job, any agency will understand. As others have mentioned, just leave out the part about the current place not being your top choice when you let them know. Blame it all on it being a full time role vs an internship.
If you ditched on an internship at my agency for a full time job, I’d remember and tell everyone that you make intelligent decisions.
Pro
yeah, if the accepted offer is just an internship, feel free to take a full time jr. ad position, and even feel safe telling them that.
i guarantee you they have another intern lined up to take your spot. that’s why they gave you one day: so they could move on quickly if you said no.
Take. The. Job.
They’ll replace you in a week so do what YOU want to do
Do it!
Definitely take the offer. As said above. That’s a career start. A real job. Don’t miss on that foothold.
No brainer take the full time at the place you love!
Pro
Leaving an internship for a full-time job might be the one time people will completely understand a pre-mature departure. Congrats on the new gig! Take it, and don't worry about it!
Chief
Pulling out of an internship is fine just show humblness in your letter rescinding the offer.
Do it. Internships aren’t equal to employment, take the gig.

Good luck with the placement and all future endeavours."

Also, congratulations in two job offers!
