MS is marketed as the best company but in fact it is not. Till you are serving them its fine the moment they want to cut cost they will not think twice before sacking you.
That happens every year or I say throughout the year. You are under the knife 24/7 as you don't know when you'll be asked to leave.
I gad given an interview with MS in September went till 3 rounds till director. After lots of follow up with Hr for next received or feedback never received a response. Can guess the culture which they are promoting to prospective candidates.
Glad you were out before any interviews rather receiving any communication.

seem like most companies are scripted this what my friend share at his experience like they have an eagle eye on the candidates via team building partying get them drunk another road map is via counselling seem like a toxic culture

but there are some small companies that care for their employees they have work from home / hybrid they just tell the employees the work should not be affected .
