I had a call with an HR from Morgan Stanley for a PM role. They mentioned they liked my profile and spoke about the company culture. When I asked for the JD, the HR said they were overburdened and would share it later. After a week of waiting, I was ghosted. Kudos to their company culture marketing! later i called like just didnt called back i just wanted to share the experience with you all to think twice before joining such companies till your a valued asset they will treat you well.

When is it appropriate to follow up after an interview for a lateral position? Had a screener call 2 weeks ago and then an interview with the partner + senior associate last Thursday where it was mentioned that they would “likely” want me to meet more people. I’m getting anxious but don’t want to bug them!

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
