Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

Commuting to work is a factor that you have to take into consideration when accepting a job offer that’s on site if the corporation or organization rather can’t accommodate the employee through telework opportunities the employee is gonna have to make a decision on whether the commute to work out ways, the benefits and hourly or salary compensation that they’re being paid from their job
I get that, but I think this goes beyond personal choice now. Costs have shifted so much that what was once manageable is no longer realistic. I think organisations need to recognise that change.
Years ago, people began ride shares. All meet in one location and ride in together. Sharing the cost of the fuel.
I see the idea, but I do not think that is a real solution long term. Ride sharing helps short term, but it does not fix the underlying issue of affordability for essential staff.
