Does Citi have Cloud Projects?? And which cloud?
I just realized I’m the dead participant.

Hello everyone! I recently pivoted from working in advertising to working at an early-stage fintech startup. I'm looking to speak with business finance leaders who manage corporate cash and credit lines for their companies to learn more about your tools and your approach to cash management. I'll buy you lunch/coffee for your time.
If interested shoot me an email me at kathryn@crescent.app! And thank you!!
Saying bye to chitown

I’ve had something similar happen to me. Had to adjust my anti anxiety meds higher unfortunately and then it didn’t happen again. But it is scary and I empathize!
I can relate and I have suffered from panic attacks since I was 25. They are very scary! I thought I was having a heart attack. I was given Xanax to start but then switched to propanol before switching to anxiety medication celexa, lexapro, (SSRI’s) and then effexor (SNRI). However, after genetic testing, I found out that I have a folate absorption issue so I’ve been on a roller coaster of trying new meds, which hasn’t been easy. I’m finally on Guanfacine extended release which has helped. If you can’t find a medication that works or you have horrible side effects, ask for a genetic test to help narrow down the list. Even after the genetic testing, some of the medications that say ‘I’ll metabolize normally”, I’ve had horrible and debilitating side effects. Effexor (SNRI), Viibryd (SPARI) Lamictal (mood stabilizer) are the 3. I now have PTSD. My last boss gaslighted me took an FMLA and came back only to be put on performance review after he had twice been reported and was forced out of my job. The ADA did not protect me from what he did. Document and I hope you find something that works, it can be a long journey.
If you see a psychiatrist regularly, you may need to make an emergency appointment. If this is a frequent recurrence then your medication may need to be adjusted or changed entirely. But definitely talk to your psychiatrist, or whomever you receive your medication from. Tell them exactly what you've been feeling and anything else around it (how frequent, the severity level, if you think others noticed like you've said, if its interfering with work and/or daily life, etc.) If this is a job you enjoy, I suggest doing this so you can continue.
I don’t. It’s not frequent, very rare. It has only happened twice in last 12 months. In order it from Ro. I do like my job, but I get sad with such episodes for failing and not able to do my best.
I can relate. Health episodes at work make things awkward and uncomfortable. You don’t need to change your career path - the ADA protects you from discrimination based on your condition. Log when you have these episodes though and notice if you have your work assignments change after this.
As for the health related piece of this, you may need to change some medications. I’d consult your physician.
I take lexapro on a daily basis, and it gave me nerves of steel lol.. I talk to senior leaders all the time like nothing. Prior, I would get easily frazzled.
I do think about if one day I get off of it, how will it be though…
And I must caveat that I over prepare and know my stuff, too.
