I had appeared for an IJP interview last week and the interview went well but I am yet to hear any feedback till now. Is it normal or I can assume that I am not being considered for the role anymore ?

Hi guys Does BofA provide education leave?

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
