She is saying you have less experience and we are looking for experienced person. Once demand comes in I will put you there.

I asked, is my candidature cancelled, she said no and told that it's on Hold.

What does this all mean ? What are your thoughts?

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?
