I would love to know the secret to this, because I still get the Sunday scaries. I'm pretty sure the answer would be a 4 day workweek. One can dream I guess.
Lately I’ve just been too busy with my kids and all their weekend activities to worry about Monday. It’s hard to get the Sunday scaries when all of a sudden you look down and it’s 11 o’clock at night. Monday just sneaks up on me now.
I feel the same way. It's almost like half my weekend doesn't really exist because I'm spending it thinking about everything that needs to get done. So is it really a weekend? I tried to distract myself with activities and chores, but nothing really helps.

I work hard to disconnect work and home so I can live my life
It’s super hard but I just burnt out and it clicked a bit better
