They have to get approval emails with the counter offer that is why they are asking for the letter. If it is approved means they will give the counter offer. It is based on Tech stack and requirements.

Don't share the entire offer letter, share a screenshot of the breakup and ask if they will provide counter offer. Only provide the offer letter if they give you a counter offer.

Even if by some miracle TCS matches what CG has to offer. I would still suggest you join CG. Personally, I found CG to be a better workplace than TCS.
There seems to be a myth that TCS has a great WLB, trust me that’s not the case. If you are going to slog better slog it for a big 4 at-least they give good hikes so try and get in a big 4 organisation.
In TCS, they have notice period of 3 months even while you are in probation. So good luck getting out if you don’t like it and HRs are way over in their Head.
Also i got another offer from HCl for 25 lpa that also natwest client
