Both the roles are for the Data Analytics practice. McKinsey is offering 9L and PwC 8.5L. I wanted to know whether which will give me better opportunities going forward in terms of exposure and growth

Why do want to relocate for same ctc
What’s the role? If it’s a consulting one, I say go for McKinsey.
If it’s for consulting, MBB is always the best to work with. As someone who is from the consulting practice of a Big 4, I can tell you that the consulting we do here is 70% auditing and 30% consulting. So it’ll be a better exposure for you at McKinsey than PwC.
Depends on the kind of role. Is it research/knowledge centre role at McKinsey? Or is it for associate(front end Consulting) position?
If everything this is same, you should go for McKinsey. Exit opportunities will be good. Career growth better. Brand name wlthat always lives. You already have EY name with you, should definitely go for McKinsey.
Also, do you mind sharing how did you land up McKinsey offer? Through referral or open application through website? And is your role somewhat specialized?
Also, you mentioned Analytics, I'd suggest you also look into it further more. Analytics for any specific industry/sector, or for business problems across domains.
