I have 2 offer one from Ergo Technology and Services and other is Deloitte where client will be JPMC. Which should i go for? Ergo seems to be a startup with 1k new joinees nothing is stable everything will be starting from scratch. On other hand is Deloitte for which i have heard the toxic culture and no WLB. I am confused which should i consider. Package wise no difference. Need proper guidance.

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

When presented with designed screens for an app and asked to review it and finalise it, how long will it take you to pick up the trail and come back to the client with feedback? Say around 10 screens.
