I have 20 LPA offer from sapient permanent WFH, but I see a lot of posts about hiring and firing policy and low job security there. Other than this I have Iris software inc. 18 LPA permanent WFH.
Other offers like TCS, Wipro, Mphasis all-around 17 LPA work from the office.
I am 5 years exp and SSE java. Coming from a product-based very chill company. Can anybody advise me?

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company.
