I have 8 yrs exp in consulting and my sal is like 40-50K less than my peers. Full confession: I am lazy. But expert level SAP consultant. I dont want to switch for money, cannot spend all that I earn but mostly bcoz I detest giving interviews. Is it okay if I choose to be where I am or does it hurt anybody other than maybe myself?

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India.
