I have 9 years of experience and working as a GENAI DEVELOPER. Since I'm part of CoE team, I have learnt genai in aws, Microsoft foundry and gcp. Currently allocated in one of the project R&D for a snowflake and AI/Ml learning as a platform engineer. The problem is working in a same company for a 9 years and earning 6lpa. How should I proceed?
