A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? Looking to move from LA to ATL and stay with my current company. They are supportive of the transition, but I’m concerned about a comp adjustment since ATL might not be considered HCOL. Does any one have experience transferring offices within their company and keeping the same comp? How did you approach those conversations?
