About to join a startup in a Head of People & Culture position (currently 50 people and growing to 200+ over next year) I do not hold a degree in Human Resources or equivalent but hold relevant certs/quals, backed by 8 years of experience in TA and generalist HR. I'm looking at applying to MBB (Preferably BCG) for a summer internship this summer. I'm a first-gen Oxbridge student, and while I have little experience in consulting along the lines of MBB, I did work in the city last summer as an sustainability consultant.
