By further prevent you imply EY has a talent issue, and apparently a compensation issue, so maybe it's better that the good talent knows this before they make a mistake, and those complaining should get out ASAP. Food for thought
Good talent provably want to be aware of what they are jumping into. While complaining isn't productive and just feels good, are any of us lying about the facts? Might make some of them ask the right questions while interviewing and know when they are being lied to.
OP, shut up, kindly.
^^ what part of "shut up, kindly" were you unable to comprehend?
OP bathes in the kool aid, even for Deloitte this is cringeworthy
They work for EY HR
Leadership actually reads fb
As someone who is currently interviewing with EY, today's news is a revelation. What incentive do I have as a top performer at my current firm to join EY and work hard? Additional context: I'm happy with my firm ($ good, challenging work, great team), but doesn't hurt to explore options.
Haha D1, OP got you because he / she works for Uncle D. Also OP, your statement was based on the assumption that EY folk only complain and not take action. That may be inaccurate and they might be doing something about it. What supporting argument do you have now to tell people to be quiet?
Even on great years (2/3 ago) pbb is sub 10% for 5s. It's always generally pretty low compared to MBB and other traditional bonus based industries.
And yes to poster above it's baffling to me to see people who think EY is collapsing as we know it after a few disappointed comp threads when this was literally PwC a couple months ago. I saw multiple secondary and tertiary topics seemingly asking in all seriousness if pwc was over lol, but that also corresponded with several pwc layoff threads so it felt a little more dire I dunno
Ok guys, didn't mean to hurt anyone. May be I am new to FB (joined 3 weeks ago). Saw PwC guys complaining about compensation couple of weeks ago and now EY. Deloitte folks will join soon when their revised compensation is released at month end. Looks like KPMG is the only Big 4 where employees are happy.
@OP ... Good talent in Technology Consulting 😂😂 EY will find someone else to help with the grunt work
HR TROLL ALERT!!! 👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹
And how will complaining on FB change any of it?
STFU
Previously on FB- Pwc was complaining about 2%ish salary raise
OP can't even say who they work for. Way to hide behind the title
TC1 don't move, you will be disappointed like the rest of us and it's not only due to PBB. Too many poor leaders at the top - ethics is non -existence
Op so great you can't say who you work for?
E7: I work for Deloitte
