I have a 90 min interview with the director who oversees the role I’m applying for followed by a 60 min peer interview... how do you prepare for such a long-winded block of time? Feels like I just gotta trust that I’m qualified & show up authentically

Trying to figure out if I should start as an inbound SDR, or try jumping straight into an AE role in SaaS.

I left mortgages at the beginning of the year to start a franchise business, it's now semi-self-sufficient so wanted to start a career again and I live in the Silicon Slopes area. Everyone I know is in SaaS or software engineering.

Just wondering if I should push my resume as far as possible and try to snag an AE role or take my time in a new industry and start from the bottom.

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move?
