I have been interviewing with OW for about 5 months. Started interviews in late December, finished in March and now waiting on an offer. They said they were going to extend but it’s been weeks where they are “finishing up there offer”. Any insights into what’s going on? I’ve let them know I have a competing offer and they all but ghosted me.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. If you were still in undergrad would you prefer 1. Go back to campus and have an in person/hybrid learning experience with restrictions on social life
2. Have your school go fully remote for the entire fall semester
3. Defer for a year and resume your education fall 2021 when things will hopefully be “normal”

Working on a divorce where the father is claiming that he is unemployed because of the previous administration’s actions with DACA (he was brought to the States as a child). I know that the memo rescinding DACA was ultimately vacated—but OC is unsure whether this would count as voluntary unemployment for child support purposes.
