How do you handle revisions at a company?

I am making below market as a PM, I got a raise recently of about 10-12%. However I am still about 20% below the market rate.

I am highly valued at the company, I have been given charged with leading all their biggest projects. I’m even doing quarterly planning with the execs.

How should I go about revising my increase to get me to the avg market rate?

They are sponsoring me, so leaving is a bit of a challenge.

I have been working with Cognizant for over 2 years now. The client that I’ve been working with recently asked me to apply for an internal position with them. I did so, however, now the client is saying that they are not planning to disclose this information to Cognizant and that I shouldn’t too.
I am sceptical about this situation. Can I be in trouble for joining the client’s company?

I’m waiting to hear back from 2 recruiters that reached out to me. It’s been 9 days for one and exactly week today for the other. I want to reach out for an update to see if I need to move on. At what point should I realize I’ve been ghosted? What should I say when I reach out?

I recently had the interview with KPIT for Data Scientist position. I have cracked multiple rounds and had salary discussion with HR. Everything was good and HR was ok to release the offer. She sent the offer for management approval. But after 2 days the HR replied to me saying the position was went on hold and then can not release the offer. What went wrong here ?

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Anyone use power BI to look at Hospital / physician billing data? Is it any good for it/ can it handle that amount of data? I used PBI a lot for smaller datasets but these hb/pb datasets have millions and millions of line items so wanted to make sure PBI could handle it without losing data or crashing.
