I have a second interview with an org I would love to work for, Communications job. For part of the interview, they would like me to do a 20-minute presentation on my 90 day strategic plan to get up to speed in the job. The guidelines for the presentation are vague, and I don't have specific info about their comms dept (like, I don't have access to their work plan/department plan). How would you approach the assignment?

15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy.
