Anyone have tips for cover letter/resume to stand out?
They are huge on not negotiating salary there based on their blog.
Anyone know the base salary/expected commission? - It requires you to answer on the application. I would be so thrilled to work at the company I just want to put what they start out at.
Should we keep MNLO stock? TIA!

In 18 years if they get into college
Bonus, by that point you’ll be waking up at 6 every day anyway. So the real answer here is: never - you’ll never sleep in again like you did before. Welcome to the club; coffee on the left, booze on the right.
We got so lucky with our first born. He started sleeping full nights (>8 hours) by 3 months, and he can sleep until 8:00 without any issue. He's 19 months old now. I just have a feeling that karma will bite us in the ass when we have our second one...

You can start sleep training at 4 mos. and should do so ASAP.

Very soon, you're a couple months maximum away from being able to start sleep training. That will be a rough week. After that you'll have a couple good months until they start teething.
Agree with MD1 and some babies start teething early as well 😕
My five yeast old daughter (oldest child of three) wakes up the earliest. My wife and I have differing views on parental supervision vs screen supervision before 7am. So it depends. Sometimes we have to get up with her, but she's starting to get to the point where she doesn't automatically wake us up.
When you’ve taught them how to turn on the TV and make their own breakfast 😁
Sleep training (yes, some will call it neglect) starts at 6 mos. Anytime in the first year - when they sleep - you sleep. Invest in the creature comforts; not for them, but for you and the Mrs. (Dohms, blackout shades, etc.). I have 2 toddlers and everyone exists by their sleeping regiments; daytime naps of 2-3 hrs same time every day and nighttime sleep of 10-12 hours same time 95% of the year. It’s been that way for years.
