Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?

Hi everyone, I got terminated from my job a month ago and trying to find a position in management. I recently got approved for UI benefits so that’s helping. I have about 3 solid years of corporate experience. I’m a single 30 year old male looking to get back into the workforce remotely or onsite. I was passed up for a couple of manager positions and seeeing no luck. I’m in Massachusetts and the rising living costs are not helping. Just reaching out to see if there any leads.

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Ex: there is a column "points", a new record should be inserted only if points in the new record is greater than highest points already inserted in db or else throw that points are less
