What are the red flags at this new agency?
There will always be red flags, you meed to choose the ones the affect you the less. If the flags are similar, only go if finamcially will be way better and keep looking for something better.
Name the agency..or dm folks. We all got goss
I would hold out until you find an agency that has no red flags if you can. It really depends on how desperate you are. Do you know anyone at the agency you are interviewing with? Maybe you can ask them
It depends what the red flags are. Everywhere has issues, so are the red flags at the new place less bad (or at least different bad?) than what you have now? If they’re the same issues then it’s really not worth moving, as you’ll be in the same place again in a few months or less. If the new place has smaller issues than you already see then maybe it is?
